Editing PDFs is a core functionality of DocJuris. However, in some cases, a counterparty may encrypt a PDF with a password or provide you an extremely “low-fidelity” image. In these cases, no technology can decrypt or optimize without some manual effort. To that end, we’ve built a unique workflow that routes encrypted or low-fidelity PDFs to a human-in-the-loop support desk – i.e., if a user uploads a bad PDF, a support ticket is auto generated on our side, and we’ll help you get the PDF into the system with some manual clean-up effort.
