Send Options Explained

Once you've completed your contract review, click on the orange send button in the top right corner to open a pane with three distinct options:

  1. Invite: This option allows you to invite external collaborators who are not part of your department or organization. They will receive a limited view of the contract, enabling them to collaborate effectively without full access to all features.
  2. Complete Contract: Selecting this option will generate a clean execution copy of the contract, and the current turn will become read-only. From here, you can choose to invite a third party, proceed to the signature stage, or select the "Export" option.
  3. Export: Use this option to take the contract review offline by exporting it to a Word document. You can choose from multiple formats, including exporting with markups, as a clean copy, an amendment table, or an exception table.

Conclusion

By utilizing the "Send Options," you can streamline your contract management process, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to finalize your contract effectively. Whether you need to collaborate with external parties, prepare for signature, or export the contract for offline review, these options provide the flexibility and control needed for successful contract management.
