How does DocJuris prioritize the order of counter party positions?

Reject Position Tags > Fallback Position Tags > Acceptable Position Tags > Preferred Position tags. (i.e., If the same keywords are used across the searches, the above priority will apply in both the highlighting and the early assessment report.)
